Here, at Happy Baby Spa, we have registered massage therapists who specialize in infant and baby massages. Our RMTs create an individualized approach that supports each baby’s sensory and nervous system.

Babies are touched mindfully and are closely watched for cues to ensure that the specialized touch your baby receives is pleasant.

OUR SERVICES

During the massage, your baby’s central nervous system is stimulated. Serotonin, (the body’s natural “feel good” chemical), is produced, and the baby becomes more relaxed.
Baby massages also reduce levels of cortisol, which is a stress hormone. We, as parents, often don’t realize the stressors our babies experience.
Babies find a gentle massage very relaxing. Touch is one of the senses that is most developed at birth. By massaging your baby the right way, she/he will be soothed and crying and restlessness will be reduced. Your baby will sleep deeper and longer after this pampering session.
It is believed that infant massage aids in a developmental stage for baby. Its helps not only with circulatory and digestive systems but also with hormonal and immune system.

Given that all of our baby massages are performed by an RMT, baby massages can be claimed through most employer health benefits!
